Shipping policy

All orders placed through our Shopify store are made to order and fulfilled by Printify, a print-on-demand production partner working with a global network of print providers.


Order Processing Time

Each item is custom printed after an order is placed.

  • Production time: typically 2–7 business days

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may take longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected items.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

United States

  • Economy Shipping (where available): 4–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Priority / Express Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, destination, or customs processing.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability depends on the product and the Printify print provider fulfilling your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by product, destination, and shipping method. Rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different print providers and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue when applicable.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
